The NOE16 is an IEC Standard compliant, static electricity meter. It can measure forward active and reactive energy, with TOU function of 4 tariffs and COSEM/DLMS protocol support.

Basic Functionality

  • Energy measurement: total and time-sharing forward/reverse active & reactive energy measurement; saves last 1 to 16 months energy data
  • TOU tariff: 4 tariffs, measures active energies in TOU or step tariffs with standard DLMS
  • RS-485 serial interface: for meter reading and parameter setting, supports IEC62056 (DLMS/COSEM) protocol
  • LCD display: continuously displays active energy, cycle display configurable per customized requirement
  • Event recording: records cut off event, open cover event, purchase event and TOKENS
  • Self-testing: tests LCD and relay etc. and reports results directly
  • Communication: available with AMI system through LoRa RF on request
