NOE18-C is an IC card prepaid single phase electricity meter. It supports recharge via IC card, with 220V/230V/240V universal voltage specification, built-in relay for automatic on/off control, auto cut-off when credit insufficient and auto restore after recharge. Anti-tamper design, widely used for single phase prepaid metering.

Recharge Process

  • Purchase: consumer purchases credit at vending point, data written to IC card
  • Insert card: insert IC card into meter card slot to complete recharge
  • Usage: normal power usage after recharge, auto cut-off when credit insufficient

Basic Functionality

  • IC card prepaid: recharge by card insertion, no manual reading
  • Built-in relay: auto cut-off when credit insufficient, auto restore after recharge
  • Active energy metering: accuracy Class 1.0
  • Low credit alarm: alarm when credit below preset value
